Crackdown Week: Update

Alright, we generally received a go ahead for Crackdown Week, so look out for that. It'll spring up randomly, and you won't know until the end of the week,where we will have made a journal post of everyone who submitted incorrectly. A few tips to ensure you sumbit to the right folder:
- ANY Blender creations go into Digital Art, unless it is an animation, whereupon you would send it to Flash/Animations. Do not put Blender creations in 3D block art.
- Pixel Art and 3D Block Art are for in-game creations only. For example if you made a pixel creeper in Paint, you would submit it into Digital Art, not Pixel Art.
- We are still getting submissions to the rejection folder, so be sure you actually pick a folder before you sumbit your art.

Content Being Stolen: Update

Submitted a ticket, and here is an excerpt from the response I got:
"We appreciate that you have brought this to our attention, deviantART customer service can only accept claims of infringement which meet the requirements under the law which means they must be filed with us by the actual copyright owner of the infringed work or by their legally authorized representative. Since you are not the owner or an authorized representative we cannot act on your ticket, so we will be marking it as "Solved" to clear it from the queue even though the issue really hasn't been addressed."
Long story short, if any of your art has been stolen then only YOU can sumbit a ticket for abuse.

Crackdown Week!

Hey Guys,
I had a thought that every now and then when we're getting too many incorrect submissions, we'll have a Crackdown Week. Essentially, we will keep a record of everyone who makes an incorrect submission, then at the end of the week make an example of all of them in a journal post. This is NOT confirmed yet, we just want to know what you guys think about this. If you're all for it, tell us in the comments! But if you think that this won't resolve anything, tell us in the comments. It's up to you guys, so tell us your opinion! Thank everyone!

STUPID SHEEPI am extremely pissed off. I was playing Minecraft this weekend at a friends house on creative & I was near a bunch of lava that I placed to protect myself. Out of nowhere a sheep came & pushed me in the lava and killed me.STUPID SHEEP by ~kairo-ichisagi
